About Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours. If the product has already been shipped, please contact us to return the product after you receive it and we will issue a refund for you once we receive the return.
About Return
- Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style or color doesn't match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
- Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. (If the return is due to the seller's mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.) Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the partial refund directly.
- After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
- NO return & exchange for customized products (color/style).
NO return & exchange if the item cannot be resold.

About Refund
- If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Manufacturing defect), we will offer full refund for you after the original package been returned.
- If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we would like to offer you exchange service or refund.Before you do any return,pls contact our team service Within 14 natural days after you receive the packet.
- Once your return products is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we make agreement, then the refund will be processed, we will deal the refund via the payment we received from Paypal, if you do have a register Paypal, you will get the refund within 1-2 working days or so,if you are using debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7-10 working days, if you want it back quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance to avoid any loss.
- If the package is delivered, but is refused without contacting customer service, a 100% refund will not be guaranteed.

About Exchange
On condition that the item you returned is in good condition. If you don't want refund and just want exchange different item,we do accept,for the new item you want,if it's price is higher than the returned products, you need pay the different price to get the new item, if the new item is lower than the products you returned,we will arrange different price back you and arrange new item package for you asap.All the process,we will contact you via Email, so pls pay more attention to your Email.
